Empowering Young Adults Through Leadership and Business Education

We believe in the potential of young adults, and they are at the heart of everything we do. Our commitment and purpose are to empower them to achieve more and become more. Part of our responsibility is to prepare them to lead and guide others in any environment.

To ensure we are on the right path, we carefully choose specific metrics to measure our effectiveness. Students in our lLadership and Business courses set goals to achieve during their time on campus, allowing them to enhance their skills and apply what they learn.

In our Leadership classes, students engage with experienced mentors to discuss essential skills critical to their success. Topics such as time management, emotional intelligence, planning, and goal setting are just a few examples of what is covered.

In our Business classes, students immerse themselves in the corporate world, learning about the core elements of building a business. The curriculum covers key topics such as marketing strategies, profit generation, value chain analysis, and other essential business components. During their time on campus, students actively plan and create comprehensive business plans, applying what they have learned in a practical setting.

Measuring Success and Fostering Growth

As a result of this approach, an impressive 70.97% of our Leadership students graduate with advanced leadership skills, while 24.19% reach proficiency in leadership. All students demonstrate their abilities in motivation, goal setting, and other essential aspects of leadership.

Our Business & Entrepreneurship classes emphasize providing students with actionable plans to start their own businesses. Each class is designed with lessons and assignments that inspire and motivate students, equipping them with practical ideas and strategies to bring their business concepts to life. Throughout the course, students show great attention and diligence during planning sessions, market analysis, and strategic development. As a result of these efforts, 100% of our students have successfully created revenue-generating businesses.

Cumorah Academy fosters a supportive learning environment where students are inspired to learn, challenge their beliefs, and broaden their horizons. We want them to feel successful even while they are still on campus. Many of our students come from challenging backgrounds, seeking hope and inspiration.

Admittedly, many goals require time and effort. One of our Leadership classes focuses on teaching patience and perseverance. However, with dedication, students can achieve quick results when they target the right goals. They are already talented, and we are here to help them hone and improve their talents.

When our students apply what they learn, they find success. In fact, 94.3% of students receive job offers, with an average pay increase of 81.25%. Each job offer or business venture launched by our students is a testament to their hard work and the support of Cumorah Academy.
